Answer:

can sign a reaffirmation agreement

Explanation:

A reaffirmation agreement in the United States bankruptcy law refers to an agreement made between a creditor and the debtor that waives discharge of a debt that would otherwise be discharged in the bankruptcy proceeding.

In the reaffirmation process, the debtor agrees to remain responsible for a debt so that he can keep the property securing the debt (collateral). Reaffirmations are voluntary and are not required by law.

Jordan can sign a reaffirmation agreement in order to keep whatever he uses as the collateral as a promise to repay aunt Matilda's money.

Answer:

Jordan van sign a reaffirmation agreement.

Explanation:

a reaffirmation agreement is the process whereby you agree to remain responsible for a debt after you file for bankruptcy even when it might have been forgiven in the course of the bankrupt proceeding and reaffirmation is strictly voluntary and must be in the best interest of a debtor, since the debtor is not required to reaffirm any of their debts.

However, an individual who just files for bankruptcy might reaffirm a particular debt for whatsoever reason like in the case of Jordan, he decide to reaffirm his debt of  $30,000 to his kind aunt Matilda probably because of her kindness or his obligations towards her

This is a difficult situation. If a juror would see the defendant crying it could impose that they are sorry for what they did if they were guilty. Dressing appropriately can show you're not a bum and do have dignity. Acting appropriately can impose you are mature.

1. What are some similarities between the JonBenet Ramsey Case and the Lizzie Borden case?
Lelu [443]

Answer:

Both were shocking murders sensationalized by the media, ensuring the cases would be well known outside of Fall River and Boulder, and over time. Both remain unsolved, with theories involving different perpetrators. Andrew and Abby were murdered in their home with two other members of the house known to be present, Lizzie and the maid, Bridget Sullivan. Like the Ramseys, Lizzie has been thought to be guilty by a majority of people. And like the Ramseys, an unknown intruder has been offered as a defense.

If i get into a fight and the cameras only see me swinging bc he hit in the classroom and since i have a history of gettin into
kompoz [17]
Your best bet would be to go to the school first and truthfully explain what happened. Most likely they will appreciate that you came and took accountability for your actions rather than waiting to get in trouble. Not to mention this will give you the opportunity to tell the truth of the situation rather than waiting for someone to potentially report false information and then the administration seeing the camera footage and assuming the worst.

It would also help if you approach the situation as if you wanted to improve your behavior and be a better person rather than just trying to avoid suspension.

Hope this helps!
