The idea of supply and demand is based on the development of A. business decisions in a thriving economy. B. sufficient products
hichkok12 [17]

The answer is B: sufficient products to meet consumer wants.

The law of supply and demand, from classic economics, is the idea that products that a society may deem valuable and desirable will be supplied by a free market economy (ideally devoid of governmental intervention). These two forces, in theory, are said to be correlated and, through what Adam Smith called “the invisible hand”, can find equilibrium or balance.

Scientists discovered that the Eocene time period existed in Earth’s history around 34 MYA. What do they need to do to determine
Neporo4naja [7]

Answer:

Study information related to the Cenozoic era

Explanation:

Eocene is the second epoch of the Cenozoic era, so scientists need to study information related to the Cenozoic era to determine what Eocene period belongs to the geological time scale.

The Eocene succeeds the Paleocene and precedes the Oligocene. The name Eocene comes from the Greek eos (dawn) and kainos (new). It is divided into the Ypresian, Lutetian, Bartonian and Priabonian ages, from the oldest to the most recent. It was during this period that some of the most important mountain ranges of our planet were formed, such as the Alps and the Himalayas.

1. Why did Mario become a successful artist and Giovanni did not?
Leona [35]

Answer:

Explanation:

This refers to the story of aspiring sculptures, Giovanni de Nowheresville, and Mario de Wealthton. They had the same start at the same university, however, their lives afterward were very much different.

Mario returned to his coast city which was rich because of the number of merchants. The number of well-off people was large and they could afford to have art pieces in their home, therefore Mario was often hired to create sculptures. First, he made them by the order, and afterward, he would make the name for himself and he would make them as he wanted.

Giovanni, however, returned to his small town that was centered around farming. He had to work at the farm to support himself, so he finished sculptures slowly. No one in his environment had money to spend on the art, so Giovanni couldn't earn off it and could never make it as famous artists.

Therefore, we see that the key was the environment and the opportunity each of the artists had - Mario became successful because he lived in a rich environment that could support him, and he had the change to live off from art, while Giovanni had to farm for a living and his environment did not have money for the art pieces.
