We commonly know two types of carbohydrates. These are called simple and complex carbohydrates. Simple ones don't need a lot to get processed and enter our bloodstream very quickly, providing a quick way of increasing our energy stores. The second type of carbohydrates are complex carbohydrates, these need to get transformed in different substances and can be used for longer durations.

Our bodies use complex carbs and simple carbs. the simple carbs are putting sugar into your blood stream really fast because they are simple to break down. this will cause high blood sugar. complex carbs are more complicated to break down. they release a slower flow of sugar and energy into your blood stream. this will cause you to have more energy for a longer amount of time.

Explanation:

From a psychological viewpoint, the answer would be the postconventional level. There are three levels: preconventional, conventional, and postconventional.

Preconventional:

- Reasoning about a moral dilemma is based on self-interest, such as getting personal gains, making a good deal, and/or avoiding personal losses.

Conventional:

- Reasoning about a moral dilemma is based on expectations, such as conforming to social norms to get approval from others and/or obeying legal rules.

Postconventional:

- Reasoning about a moral dilemma is based on "higher" principles, including people's individual rights in a society and/or abstract ideas about justice and equality.

Hope this helps! :)

Be there for her! This is the number one thing in helping. You might can’t reverse the feelings she’s having, but comforting her can really help. Let her know that you’re here for her, let her know she can talk to about anything. She should try to not stay and sulk, all the time. I know it’s hard, but the best thing for her to do is try to distract herself. Tell her to do some self care. She should take care of herself and know that it’s ok. Let her know that although her relationship might’ve passed, this friendship won’t
