First, I'm not sure if this at all correct but um, I counted up all the pieces in both circles and there are 9 pieces in total. Since both circles have 1, 2, and 3 as the same numbers, there are 1 of each in the circles, so the probability is 2 over 9. Hope that helped and good luck! :]
