The term 'culture' alludes to attitudes and examples of conduct in a given gathering. 'Norm' alludes to states of mind and practices that are viewed as ordinary, run of the mill or normal inside that group.
Cultural norms are the measures we live by. They are the mutual desires and decides that guide conduct of individuals inside social gatherings. Social standards are found out and fortified from guardians, companions, educators and others while experiencing childhood in a general public.

There are three basics requirements for a country to be legitimate:
- It has Citizens
- It has Governments
- It has acknowledgment from other countries
If these requirements are not fulfilled, the status of that country will be regarded as self-proclaimed</span>
