1. 3 atoms are required to form a molecule

2.structure in which a hydrogen atom is in a line between the oxygen atom on its own molecule and the oxygen on another molecule

3.When a pocket of air becomes full of water vapor, clouds form droplets those flat bottoms are where vapor begins to condense into water droplets.

4.because it is capable of dissolving more substances than any other liquid. This is important to every living thing on earth.

5.Salt (sodium chloride) is made from positive sodium ions bonded to negative chloride ions. Water can dissolve salt because the positive part of water molecules attracts the negative chloride ions and the negative part of water molecules attracts the positive sodium ions.

What is the mass, in grams, of a sample of 1.20 × 1022 atoms of mercury (Hg)? Show your work or explain the steps that you used
o-na [289]
Atomic mass Hg = 200.59 u.m.a

200.59 g --------------- 6.02x10²³ atoms
( mass Hg ) ----------- 1.20 x10²² atoms

mass Hg = ( 1.20x10²² ) x 200.59 / 6.02x10²³

mass Hg = 2.407x10²⁴ / 6.02x10²³

= 3.998 g of Hg

hope this helps!
