The answer is:
one batch of normal cookies recipe
one with one ingredient changed
Controlled experiment refers to the type of experiment when the researcher had the power to either include or isolate a variable that can influence the result of the experiment.
By doing two different batch with normal recipes and changed ingredient, the baker fully know what variable that caused the difference in each batch. He can attribute all the difference in result to that variable and might be able to reproduce the result in the future.
Your question has been heard loud and clear.
No , I would have fought for the bill of rights to be added after ratification because put simply , before ratification , you do not have a medium to pass the bill of rights , so logically fighting for bill of rights is only if the ratification does not include it , so when it does not include it , we fight for the bill of rights , I agree with this argument of lack of bill of rights as it is most certainly , fundamental to the constitution , and without it , freedom is a minor right which is often neglected. So definetly if bill of rights is not included in the constitution , ratification is not needed.
Thank you.
Explanation:
advantages of Athenian democracy: was that the archon and his eight assistants were elected annually. It was possible to prolong the rule for the next term but in case of any abnormalities a quick change of government took place.
disadvantage: The Athenian form of democracy was a contradiction in the sense that it did not allow participation of a large section of the public, namely, women and slaves. The Athenian democracy was not equitable, and it did not consider slaves and foreigners.
I assume your question is why does he have to leave the room before the final discussion?
Well, he might have, as an active member of the IRB, a conflict of interest, meaning that he could be biased to vote in favor of his work which is incorrect, as researchers need to be objective regarding what they are studying. The National Academy Press. (2009). On being a scientist: Responsible conduct in research (3rd ed.). Washington, DC: Author. Is a great book you might read to understand the duties of any IRB and its members responsibilities, also the researchers' behavior. On it, is detail why a conflict of interest can guide to the decision of not conducting a certain research, independently of the undeniable reputation of Dr. Jones.
