It depends on how people interpret the quotes, if people think that it is negative then they will inform others that don't know yet, that the quote is bad and if the optimistic side of the world think that it just gives us a bit of information then they will inform others that it is good. It r ally depends on how the person reading or hearing the quote thinks of it.
