Step-by-step explanation:

light light travels at a speed of 299 792 kilometres per second

0.621 mile=1km

I'm not 100% sure if I am right, but for number 9 you would pick two points on , let's just say you pick points (0, 1) and (2, -2). Then you would find those points in the table. So in this case the answer would be D. And I'm not really sure how to explain #10 but you basically work out each problem with the graph to see if it makes sense. For example if you try working out problem F it wouldn't make sense since you start of with 10 dollars and earn 2 each day. But on the graph it shows that you are loosing two. Sorry if I didn't explain it right, if you have more questions let me know!

A vendor at the State Fair has learned that, by pricing his deep fried bananas on a stick at $1.00, sales will reach 82 bananas
Tasya [4]

Answer:

Y=-40x+122

Step-by-step explanation:

hello

Due to the nature of the data, it is most convenient to model this problem as a linear function.

To solve this problem we must use the equation that defines a line, then start assigning the corresponding values

y1=82bananas per day

X1=1 dolar

y2=52bananas per day

x2=1.75dolar

line ecuation

y − y 1 = m(x − x 1 )

where

m=slope=\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1} =\frac{52-82}{1.75-1}=-40

solving:

Y-82=-40(x-1)

Y=-40x+40+82

Y=-40x+122

let's try the result!

Price =1dolar

Y=-40(1)+122=82bananas per day

Price=1.75dolar

Y=-40(1.75)+122=52bananas per day

Karo-lina-s [1.5K]

Answer:

A red marble out of the same jar, without replacing the first marble.

Step-by-step explanation:

Dependent events are those which involve a first event which affects the outcome of the second event.

This means that the probability of the second event changes because of the occurrence of the first event.

So if a blue marble is drawn out of one jar, then drawing a red marble out of the same jar, without replacing the first marble would be an example of dependent events.

Dmitrij [34]
Suggestion:

The width is the x value and the hight is the y value.

Plot the points on the graph as decimal if that helps.

The point at the bottom left is the origin (0,0)

I hope this helps.
