Quadrilateral ABCD is inscribed in a circle.
Lerok [7]
In general, the sum of the measures of the interior angles of a quadrilateral is 360. This is true for every quadrilateral. This does not help here, because there are two angles (angles B and D) we know nothing about. We only know about opposite angles A and C.

In this case, you can use another theorem.
Opposite angles of an inscribed quadrilateral are supplementary.

m<A + m<C = 180

3x + 6 + x + 2 = 180

4x + 8 = 180

4x = 172

x = 43

m<A = 3x + 6 = 3(43) + 6 = 135

Find the area of the shape .
weqwewe [10]

Answer:

3.14

Step-by-step explanation:

A=π*r^2

3.14*(2^2)

3.14*4

12.56/4 (because it's 1/4th a circle)

3.14.

Assume the random variable x has a binomial distribution with the given probability of obtaining a success. Find the following.
borishaifa [10]

Answer:

P(x > 10) = 0.6981.

Step-by-step explanation:

Binomial probability distribution

The binomial probability is the probability of exactly x successes on n repeated trials, and X can only have two outcomes.

P(X = x) = C_{n,x}.p^{x}.(1-p)^{n-x}

In which C_{n,x} is the number of different combinations of x objects from a set of n elements, given by the following formula.

C_{n,x} = \frac{n!}{x!(n-x)!}

And p is the probability of X happening.

In this question:

n = 14, p = 0.8

P(x>10)

P(x > 10) = P(X = 11) + P(X = 12) + P(X = 13) + P(X = 14)

In which

P(X = x) = C_{n,x}.p^{x}.(1-p)^{n-x}

P(X = 11) = C_{14,11}.(0.8)^{11}.(0.2)^{3} = 0.2501

P(X = 12) = C_{14,12}.(0.8)^{12}.(0.2)^{2} = 0.2501

P(X = 13) = C_{14,13}.(0.8)^{13}.(0.2)^{1} = 0.1539

P(X = 14) = C_{14,14}.(0.8)^{14}.(0.2)^{0} = 0.0440

P(x > 10) = P(X = 11) + P(X = 12) + P(X = 13) + P(X = 14) = 0.2501 + 0.2501 + 0.1539 + 0.0440 = 0.6981

So P(x > 10) = 0.6981.

What is 3·3÷3·1²·5 and for any body who doesn't get it Ur not dumb lol
r-ruslan [8.4K]

I'll give you a hint. <u><em>This questions is about order of operations for pemdas. Its stand for: p-parenthesis, e-exponents, m-multiply, d-divide, a-add and s-subtract that came from left to right.</em></u>

First you had to calculate with exponents first.

1^2=1*1=1

3*3/3*1*5

Then you multiply and divide from left to right.

3*3=9

9/3*1*5

3*1*5

3*5

=15

Final answer: \boxed{=15}

Hope this helps!

And thank you for posting your question at here on brainly, and have a great day.
