Answer AND Explanation:

Glucose can be stored in animals in form of glycogen. glucose being a simple sugar has high ion content. This increases the concentration gradient and thus water can be drawn in from the neighboring cells. The cells would bust. Glycogen being a polysaccharide can be hydrolysed to glucose through action of enzymes to provide energy.

We need to know the dominant and recessive traits of the noombats in order to answer this question. If both of them has yellow as the dominant trait, then green may be recessive. In that case there is a chance for them to have a green bellied child. Its impossible to tell the percentage though because we don't know enough about the animals.

The contents in the rectum is mostly indigestible fiber and other materials. The rectum at its end connects to the bodily orifice known as the anus.
