Pls help? find DE in the parallelogram if AC = 14 and BE = 7??

It would be 7. 

If BE is 7, you know that is the same distance from E to D. And if AC is 14, I'm guessing it is the same distance from B to D. So now BD is 14. That means that you now divide it by 2 to get ED. So, that is why the answer is 7. Sorry if what I wrote is a little confusing.

DE equals 7.

Because it is the same length of BE.
