Proteins have structural roles throughout the body. Carbohydrates are the major energy source for cells in the body. I am unsure if lipids or nucleic acids apply.
If we can clean the ocean by removing the larger plastics currently polluting it we can help prevent that plastic from breaking down into micro plastics. Micro plastics are small plastic pieces that were broken down from larger plastics. Also we can recycle and prevent land paves.
