Most likely no because viruses are sort of like bacteria that spread around the body and through the cells

Viruses do not have metabolisms they spread to other cells, which spread the virus. In a way, viruses can reproduce, when the virus spreads t cells, like I mentioned above. Viruses are not living things, although they ae composed of carbohydrates, lipids(fats), proteins, and nucleic acids. They can only enter cells in order to actually do something. I hope this helps!

2. The adaption of the owl butterfly shows the improve the chances of survival because of the appearance of the butterfly (especially the eyes) makes the animals who likes to eat butterflies think it's an owl instead, and not to be bothered with it, giving the butterfly more time to escape, eat and survive.

A population of 20 monarch butterfly is colonize a meadow. The meadows carrying capacity for a monarch butterfly's is 5000 indiv
Tanya [424]

Answer:

D

Explanation:

A.

The population grows exponentially until it approaches 5,000 individuals, and then the population size begins to decrease.

B.

The population grows exponentially until it approaches 5,000 individuals, and then its growth rate decreases.

C.

The population grows at a constant rate until it approaches 5,000 individuals, and then its growth rate increases.

D.

The population grows at a constant rate until it approaches 5,000 individuals, and then the population size remains stable.

The statement that best described the growth rate of the Monarch butterfly after the Meadow was colonized would be that the population grows at a constant rate until it approaches 5,000 individuals, and then the population size remains stable.

The carrying capacity generally represents the maximum number of individuals of a particular species an environment can support based on the resources that the environment has. Ideally, the population only stabilizes with very minimal oscillation around the carrying capacity. It neither decreases nor increases significantly unless a major disruption happens.

The only option that addresses the stability of populations around the carrying capacity of the environment is option D.

The correct answer is D.

Give ten reasons why it is difficult to decide whether viruses are living organisms
Yakvenalex [24]

Answer:

Viruses are not made out of cells, they can't keep themselves in a stable state, they don't grow, and they can't make their own energy. Even though they definitely replicate and adapt to their environment, viruses are more like androids than real living organisms.
