Write of the following represents 6x^3/4 in radical form?
kenny6666 [7]

Answer:

6\sqrt[4]{x^3}[/tex]

Step-by-step explanation:

6x^3/4

is the same as

6 (x^3/4)

and the rule to change an exponent to a radical is power over root

so in this case, the power, 3 is over the root, 4

So it would be 6\sqrt[4]{x^3}[/tex]

Suzi is 1.7 meters tall. At 2:00 pm, Suzi measures her shadow to be 0.3 meters long. At the same time, a nearby tree casts a sha
Anarel [89]

Answer:

13.6 meter

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that :

Suzi's height, p1 = 1.7 m

Suzi's shadow, p2 = 0.3 m

Tree shadow, t2 = 2.4 m

Tree height, t1 =?

Using the relation :

p1 / p2 = t1 / t2

1.7 / 0.3 = t1 / 2.4

Cross multiply :

1.7 * 2.4 = 0.3 * t1

4.08 = 0.3t1

t1 = 4.08 / 0.3

t1 = 13.6

Height of the tree is 13.6 m

No one answered it last time :(
azamat

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The perimeter is 28".

The total length of three sides of the square = 28-5-5 = 18", so the side length of the square is 18/3 = 6".

The area of the triangle is ½(6)(4) = 12 square inches.

The area of the square is 6² = 36 square inches.

Total area = 12+36 = 48 square inches.
