Standard form is a+bi

so get rid of that deonmenator

\frac{2}{2-15i}
multiply it by\frac{2+15i}{2+15i}
result is
\frac{4+30i}{4+225} = \frac{4+30i}{229}= \frac{4}{229} + \frac{30i}{229}

answer is \frac{4}{229} + \frac{30i}{229}

Lynette drove 248 miles in four hours at that rate how many hours will it take her to drive an additional 93 miles
tatyana61 [14]

Remark

The question becomes "How long does it take her to drive 248 + 93 = 341 miles?"

Answer

Set up a simple proportion.

248/4 = 341/x            Cross multiply

248 * x = 4 * 341

248 x = 1364             Divide by 248

x = 1364/248

x = 5.5 hours

But you are only asked about the 93 miles.

Answer: The number of hours for 93 miles is 5.5 - 4 = 1.5

Find the value of 8.3 × 24.2 × 0.03. Round your answer to the nearest hundredth.
harina [27]
<span>So we need to find the value of 8.3*24.2*0.03 and round it to the nearest hundredth. So lets multiply the numbers first: 8.03 * 24.2 * 0.03 = 6.0258 and now we need to round it to the nearest hundreth. The nearest hundreth is .03 and we get: 6.03 so the correct answer is D.</span>

A number r is more than 0 or less than or equal to ‐8
Butoxors [25]

Answer

-8 \geq r > 0

Step-by-step explanation:

you know that r is less than or equal to -8, so you write that, and then you know that r is also greater than 0, so then you add that to it, and then you have the answer. r will be in the middle because it is the range of what are can be.
