Remember this whenever rounding. If the digit before you are rounding to is less than 5, you ALWAYS round down. If it is 5 or greater, you ALWAYS round up.

5.19 represents the ones in the hundredths column
5.193 represent the ones in the thousandths column
The first place value after the decimal point is called the tenths place. The second place value after the decimal point is called the hundredths place. Well it have to be D because 32 and 20 can not go into 64 to 40 because 32 times 64 is 2048 and 64 times 20 is 1280 and if it was 40 times 32 and 20 it will still be higher. I HAVE FAITH IN YOU.
