2:3 ratio of left to right number of seats. x:90. X=left 90=right. Multiply 3 by 30 to 90. Do the same on left. You get a total of 60 seats.

There is 60 seats on the left side because if you do 90/3 = 30 so then you take away 30 of them and get 60
