Greater cardiac stroke volume, and a decrease in blood pressure(however this could be harmful as well)
The others suggest harm being done to the body , an increase in cholesterol wouldn’t make sense because that would worsen the heart in the long run and a low hemoglobin won’t suddenly appear after frequently going to the gym so low red blood cells are out of the picture
Answer: A. Mediterranean
Explanation:
The Mediterranean diet or eating pattern is common among people who live in countries near the borders of the Mediterranean Sea. The diet is typically high in whole grains, beans, olive oil, fruits, vegetable, nuts and seeds.
This type of eating pattern includes the daily consumption of the fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats. This includes the weekly intake of the poultry, fish, eggs and beans. This also involves the limited intake of red meat and moderate amount of dairy products. Casual or regular intake of red wine is also included in the Mediterranean diet.
By following a Mediterranean diet, limits the intake of the processed food, red meat, promotes the intake of red wine instead of hard liquor. Thus is good for maintaining the health because processed food, red meat can increase the level of bad cholesterol in the blood vessels which can lead to increase in blood pressure. Hence, this may result in heart diseases. Also the consumption of processes food may promote cancer as they may contain unsaturated fatty acids.
I'd like to say Anger should be the answer. Stroke's and Heart disease are relatively prone to worsening due to massive amounts of stress, while TMJ which is the degeneration of the joints of the mandible are prone to said degeneration when reactions to stress like grinding or clenching the teeth are done often.
Anger is more an emotion and is referred to as such. If Chronic Anger was an option used, then I'd go with TMJ.
