Hihi!
In my personal expierence with streaming and editing videos a good computer that's less than $600 would be the iBuyPower AM460FX, it has AMD FX-4300 quad-core 3.8GHz processor, 8GB RAM and a 1TB HDD. But I don't know how much those go for now. If it's too expensive I would get the Acer Aspire ATC-280-UR11, it has <span>the AMD A-Series quad-core A10-7800 3.5GHz processor with TurboCore 2.0 technology that can boost the processor up to 3.9GHz for extra speed. Throw in 12GB of RAM, a 2TB hard drive and an integrated AMD Radeon R7 graphics card!
I hope I helped!

2% of 500 is 10.
$10 interest per year.
There are 12 months in a year. $2 per month
2 * 12 = 24
$24 a year is the fee.
So, if you have a $10 interest per year, but are paying $24 per year on a fee, you are not getting ahead.
Hope this helps you! (:

Answer:
Option B i.e., Update the UEFI firmware.
Explanation:
The user had many periods of using the same machine. He wants to update the processor to increase the existing service period. Later, he tests the paperwork onto the motherboard and buys the best motherboard-supported processor.
While the user starts the machine, though, that makes a noise constantly, nothing is shown on its monitor and it wouldn't start. So, the first step is he will update firmware from UEFI.
Thus, the other options are not correct according to the scenario.
