Leslie is a bit on the judgmental side and when a co-worker doesn't do as well on a project as Leslie thinks they should, Leslie

invariably blames them. For example, when Neal was late completing a report, Leslie blamed him, saying he was lazy and not particularly good at his job. In fact, Neal had done an excellent job on the report but a number of people who were supposed to get information to him were late in doing so. What has Leslie committed?

Answer:The fundamental attribution error

Explanation:

The fundamental attribution error which is also referred to as overattribution bias, this error occurs when people pay attention or focuses more on personality driven description of a person's actions and putting less emphasy on environmental or Situational factors that may induce those actions commited by an individual.

In simple terms when someone does something we make presumptions that they commited those actions because of who they are as a person and forget social and environmental factors that may contribute to them acting that way.

Sati [7]
My answer is D: Elected officials will likely pay more attention to messages that come from a group of people.

My reasoning for this is that government officials usually pay attention to a group of like-minded people with the same opinions or etc. on a specific topic especially if the said group has interests in supporting them. It also the only option that makes the most sense, logically speaking.

Hope this helps! :)

BARSIC [14]

Answer:

Critical listening

Explanation:

Listening is simply said to be the process of hearing and interpreting messages. Listening helps you to understand what information is being passed on.

Critical listening is said to be the ability of a listener to deliberate on what is said by exploring the logic, reason, and point of view of the speaker. It has another name called evaluative listening as it involves evaluating or analyzing information, evidence, ideas, or opinions through consistent and regular method.

If wanting to understand is what you crave for, then critical listening is needed as to knowing other person opinions and having a reason or to work on what is being said to you and how it is being said to you.
