People eat food to live.We cannot do our daily activities if we don't eat food for long time. We can easily catch by infections and become sick if we don't eat healthy food in proper order .Here are some of the importance of Nutrition listed below:

• Nutrition helps in replacing the worn out tissues and maintain growth and development by generating new tissues and cells.
• It helps in maintaining hormonal balance in the body and helps in regulating the body system.
• Nutrition helps to develop the immunity power of the body.It prevents against harmful germs and save us from infections.
