Answer:

A. Belongingness needs

Explanation:

I believe Shawn wanting to start a charity is based on belongingness, we can't say at that stage he is looking for fame, respect, reputation or more wealth. Let's not abrogate the fact that he is the founder of a company. And looking at the term belongingness needs we can say it is an act of receiving and giving affection and love. And him starting a charity for the underprivileged can be seen as giving affection to them

As human beings we are envisioning of good life and that we always are looking forward of the goals to attain the good life we are dreaming of. But there comes the best enemy of all, our brains. The question is how to tap that full potential of our brains to achieve such goals? After attending and listening motivational talks, there were common things I have come up with how to unleash that unlimited potential of our brains to be successful. First, you must be planning ahead and write down on a piece of paper may it be a long-term or short-term goal; you need to make a visible plan that will keep you reminded each day in order for you to keep on track. Next, do not make that plan just a plan work for it and make it happen. List steps on how to start your plans. Most importantly, change your mindset and make it creative. Mostly, the once that hinders our achievements is our brain. We often think of our limits instead of thinking how far we can go. Just as what Albert Einstein said, “Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.” So don’t limit your brain and be creative in facing circumstances to unlock your goals.

Research indicates that failing to release stress-related emotions can lead to which of the following? A. An increase in blood p
Elza [17]

Research indicates that failing to release stress-related emotions can lead to an increase in blood pressure.

Why are stress-related emotions?

Stress is a regular response to the anxieties of day-to-day life. Includes Worry, irritation, fear, sorrow, and other emotions are also all normal emotional responses.

Stress-related emotions are important for health because they prevent many diseases.

If the stress-related emotions are falling to release, then this will lead to an increase in blood pressure.

These Hormones temporarily boost the blood pressure by forcing the heart to pulsate quickly and blood vessels to narrow.

Therefore, option A is correct.
