I was in a public school, about the age of 8. It was recess-time and the teacher called us out. I saw one of the bullies and me and my friend went elsewhere away. The bully saw us, but he didn't bully me-he bullies my friend. He had teased her about what she wore and then he called her gross-mean, right? I yelled in his face to stop, but he didn't. He called me a little girl and pushed me away. I ran and told the teacher, and the teacher got him in trouble.
I could have went and yelled at him, or bullied him, or used violence against him-but I didn't. I did once, to a different bully, and all I did was get myself in trouble, myself blamed, and myself humiliated.
