Scenario 3,don’t move their leg,keep their leg from moving to avoid causing further injuries,find something flat to lay him on and make sure not to get him to move,keep talking to him and distract him from the pain,i would ring the ambulance and describe the injuries to them and ask the person their pain on a scale of one through ten and what injuries i think the person has sustained and keep him distracted until the ambulance was to get there.
