A wouldn't be correct from my POV because keeping all the negative feelings to yourself isn't the best thing to do.
B is way too exaggerated, seeking counseling regularly would only be required if your family was in a really really tight spot, otherwise all families would require counseling regularly...
C I believe this is the most appropriate answer, accepting changes in the family and learning how to solve conflicts in a healthy way are good ways of maintaining a strong relationship
D I find C to be a logic answer so I wouldn't consider D as my final answer.
