I could possibly assume that in north america that is the u.s could have played a major role in trading with england including the high taxes forced onto thing like stamps,cards and tea which was often traded and when the revolution was over Britain may have had a difficult time not being interdependent with the u.s
but then agian I'm not studying this now.
