I feel like its because the kids who didnt have much grew up because they have/ had a hard life and took it out on something or someone which caused them to get locked up . It also honestly depends on the parents if the parents are supporting and loving then those kids probably have a better percentage of staying free . Then those kids that are privileged grow up with anything they need/ want , But as I said before it depends on the parents . if the parents are toxic the kid could develop mental issues and cause them to do things that will get them in prison .
Answer:The police must administer an intelligence test to the suspect to determine if he or she really does understand the rights. The police must make another attempt to explain the suspect’s rights before beginning the interrogation. The police are now free to interrogate the suspect. The police must determine why the suspect does not understand his or her rights as they have been explained.
