Answer:

I feel like its because the kids who didnt have much grew up because they have/ had a hard life and took it out on something or someone which caused  them to get locked up . It also honestly depends on the parents if the parents are supporting and loving then those kids probably have a better percentage of staying free . Then those kids that are privileged grow up with anything they need/ want , But as I said before it depends on the parents . if the parents are toxic the kid could develop mental issues and cause them to do things that will get them in prison .

Hope i could help-

What is a punitive penalty ordered by the court after a defendant has been convicted of a crime, either by a jury, a bench trial
zimovet [89]

Answer:

Sentence

Explanation:

A sentence can be described as the punitive penalty ordered by the court after a defendant has been convicted of a crime, either by a jury, a bench trial, by a judge or in a plea bargain.

The sentence is usually pronounced by the judge in charge of the case after some deliberations with other colleagues to ensure the judgement is fair and the innocent doesn’t suffer unjustly.
