Sami arrives at the library at 4:15. Why? Well is says she took 15 minutes to walk to karlas house so when she arrives it’s 4:00 PM. Than, she stays at karlas house for 5 minutes which puts her at 4:05 PM. After that is Sami took 10 minutes to get to the library so that puts Sami at 4:15 PM. Hope this helps!
A rectangular prism is defined by three lengths.
We can find out how many unit cubes would be in a prism by multiplying these three lengths together--that's how we find our <em>volume</em>.
Similarly, we can come up with different ways to multiply together three different numbers and make 18.
Each combination would be a new rectangular prism, with one catch:
Order doesn't matter. A prism with lengths 2, 2, and 3 is the same as one with lengths 2, 3, and 2, so don't make that mistake.
To find each combination, keep splitting 18 in different ways.
If one of the ways we split it can also be split, we need to write out that, too.

t = the time required for him running down
t + 0.67 = time required for him running up
Since the distance of running up and down must be equal
therefore:
(3 miles / hr) * (t + 0.67) = (5 miles / h) * t
3 t + 2.01 = 5 t
2 t = 2.01
t = 1.005 hr
So the total length of the hike is:
length = 2 * (5 miles / hr) * (1.005 hr)
