Answer:

generalization.

Explanation:

The Classic Conditioning was developed by Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov. Pavlov experimented with a dog, a bell and a piece of meat. The physiologist noticed that when the dog saw the piece of meat, he salivated, which was called the unconditioned reflex. Classic conditioning also makes it possible to understand everyday things like the sound of an alarm clock, which for example. itself means nothing, but we relate that noise to the goal of waking up at a certain moment.

According to Pavlov, this is because our brains discriminate information, letting that information be specific to something specific. The opposite of discrimination is generalization.

Andreas93 [3]

Answer:

The aspects of the interactions which might warrant the most of her attention are human strengths and positive emotions.

Explanation:

Positive Psychology focuses on the positive traits and aspects that makes an individual's life a good life and worth living. It focuses on an individual's strengths, virtues, skills and motivations.

In this case we can conclude that human strengths and positive emotions are the aspects of the interactions which will catch Dr. Rodriguez' attention because these will help her conclude how people manage to succeed in business.

Since she is a positive psychologist, she centers on virtues and strengths, as well as positive emotions that contribute to an individual's well-being and enjoyment of life.
