Looks like distributive property 5 times 5 is 25, 5 times a -5i is -25i , 5i times 5 is positive 25i , 5i times 5i gives you ,  25 i squared , so now you combine like terms , you have 25 -25i + 25i - 25i squared , cross out -25i and the positive 25i anf your left with 25-25 squared .

Solve for m
MakcuM [25]

Answer:

m = 29/48

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that

x₂ = (y₂-y₁) +10 →(1

y₂ = y₁-x₁ → (2

y₁= 37

x₁ = 29

Now substitute the value of x₁ and y₁ into equation 2

y₂ = 37-29

y₂ = 8

Now substitute the value of y₂ and y₁ into equation 1

x₂ = (8-37) +10

x₂ = -19

As we know the slope (m) can be calculated as follows

m =(y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)

m = (8- 37)/(-19 - 29)

m = (-29)/(-48)

m = 29/48

So our slope is 29/48

The length of one of the sides of the larger pentagon is 24 cm. The length of one of the sides of the smaller pentagon is 8 cm.

24÷8=3

So, if the larger pentagon is 3x the size of the smaller pentagon, we can find the area of the smaller pentagon by dividing the area of the larger pentagon by 3.

135÷3=45

The area of the smaller pentagon is 45in²

Given f(x)=x^2-4x+5, what's the value when f(2)
Reil [10]

If you were to replace the x's with 2, your equation would turn into:

(2)^2-4(2)+5

From there, you'd just solve.

4-8+5=1

Your answer would be 1.
