You used 1 gallon of paint to cover an entire wall. The paint can 480 ft. You are able to measure the length of the wall at 40 f
t but cannot reach the ceiling. What is the height of the wall?
I need the steps too please
2 answers:
1st you must do what is 480 divided by 40
then you get 12 feet
and 12x40= 480
so the height is 12 feet =)
I guess that 480 ft is the total amount. Divide 480 with 40
480/40 = 12
12 ft is the height.
hope this helps

So the first ratio is 3/2 because both are divisible by 8. the ratio stays 3/2. 3*9=27. so 2*9=18
x=18
