1)  If the horizon looks low, the point of view is low. This question refers to the topic of linear perspective which is studied in order to get able to perceive correctly three-dimensional objects and space on a two-dimensional surface. You should keep in mind that in one-point linear perspective, the horizon is always at eye level, so if you think that the horizon seems to be low, it is actually low.

2) Two colors which you could you mix together to create a tertiary color are yellow and green. To understand this topic, you have to be familiar with the system of color wheel. You can get a tertiary colors if you mix a primary and a secondary color in equal amount. The main thing you should remember:  these two colors  have to be placed beside one another on the color wheel.

3) The type of color scheme that is made of various shades of blue is called analogous. Analogous color scheme is one of the most pleasant to an eye. It is formed of colors which stand next to one another in the color wheel, matching very well and creating nice color pattern for design.
