Answer:

For the first one I think that depending on how high up you put the skater effects how fast/the velocity is.

For B I don't know

And for C I think that it depends on where you were to put it, if you put it somewhere down low, then it's energy would be really low compared to if you were to put the skater on a high ramp, the gravity pulling down on it would give it a greater force
