None of the graphs you have provided for us to choose from
represents that inequality.

I was looking for a graph that has a dotted vertical line cutting the x-axis
at the point where x=-3, with everything to the left of that line shaded
slightly gray, but my search has thus far been in vain.

we know that:
y = mx + b
plug in the values given
x=4
y=4
m=2

4 = 2(4) + b
b, the y intercept equals -4.

so:

y = 2x - 4
in this case
