How can our thinking impact our emotions?
Lerok [7]

Thoughts can trigger emotions (worrying about an upcoming job interview may cause fear) and also serve as an appraisal of that emotion (“this isn't a realistic fear”). In addition, how we attend to and appraise our lives has an effect on how we feel.

Can iron deficiency cause periods to stop
Bingel [31]
Anemia generally can make them lighter, but not sopping. All Anemia is not enough healthy red blood cells usually. Your blood essentially isnt just as ideally healthy. Certain people do have blood loss however. It's not as common but it's a possibility. For those people, yes they can. If they do stop, thats serious and you need to see a doctor. If they lighten, see a doctor and ask about either blood transfusions or taking iron supplements
