Tecumseh, was considered a great legend in the Indians and had great respect among the whites, but in front of the collective imagination of the Indians, it was he who could guide them to curb the cruel expansion of the whites, wanted to protect their traditions and their territories, that generated a greater hatred between the two populations, Indians and white Americans and that Tecumseh joined the English side in the war generated greater hatred and with his death he finished the last great pillar of the indigenous resistance.
