The two-party system is the correct answer.

Explanation:

A one-party arrangement is, of course, the most stable form of government but not significantly more democratic. The main reason for this claim is that the one-party order does not provide other political groups to enjoy any kind of power or authority. They may exist but they do not have any real influence in the political matters. In this system, only a single party rules and executes all the policies they want. Therefore, there is no liability and administrative reform is very doubtful.

Over millions of years the remains become the carbon-rich coal, oil and gas we can use as fuel. When fossil fuels are burned they release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, thus contributes to global warming.
