What is the vertex form of this and how do you graph this
luda_lava [24]

set it up like a y= equation.

which would be y=-x^2+7

to find the vertex, you substitute the 0s.

so 0=-(0)^2+7

-0^2=0

0+7=7

0=7

(0,7)

There are 24 adults and 30 children at a science museum
vovikov84 [41]
Okay so let’s start by figuring what the total number of people is. To get that we add 24 and 30.
24+30= 54
So we have a total of 54 people.
Now, how many children are there?
30 children... which means the ratio is 30:54

Thirty children to fifty four people total at the museum.

Hope this helps!

Geometry:Finish the coordinate rule to describe the transformation in the image.
stira [4]

It looks like a reflection over the y-axis. There's a formula you can use when doing reflections over the y-axis, (x,y) is going to become (-x, y) thats also the coordinate rule I think.

If you apply that rule to each point you should get the reflected image.

G- (1, 3) then (-x,y) to get (-1,3)

E- (1, 2) then (-x,y) to get (-1, 2)

V- (5, 1) then (-x,y) to get (-5, 1)

X- (3, 3) then (-x,y) to get (-3, 3)
