The Bureaucracy has to abide the laws set by the elected party. Aside from that, these groups are only accountable to the executive branch. These bureaucrats play an important role in governance as well as legislation and tax spending. They may not be elected but their roles help the government determine the needs of its people

An un-elected bureaucracy has the responsibility to obey law and regulations laid down by elected representatives. A bureaucracy that is not elected by voting is usually accountable to the executive branch of government. In these ways, his activities are regulated and controlled on behalf of the public.

The apparent brightness of an object is calculated as: apparent brightness = luminosity4π×distance2 If one knew the luminosity a
abruzzese [7]

Answer:

Distance=\sqrt{\frac{Luminosity 4\pi }{App Brightness} }

Explanation:

The formula for apparent brightness is given by the next inequation:

B=\frac{L}{4\pi d^{2}  }

Where B equals apparent brightnes, L equals luminosity and D equals distance.

SO we just have to clear distance from the formula and are left with the inequation to calculate distance:

Distance=\sqrt{\frac{Luminosity 4\pi }{App Brightness} }
