Based on the result in this experiment, the mobile phase rose up on the TLC plate then dragged the ink from the marked dot up along the TLC plate, which is the light pink pigment whose Rf was 0.98 had the greatest affinity to the mobile phase. Moreover, the pigment that was closer to the marked dot was more attracted to the stationary phase, which is the dark pink spot that had an Rf of 0.72 and had a greater affinity to the stationary phase.

You cross two fruit trees. one tree produces lemons with spiky leaves and bumpy fruit. the other produces lemons with smooth lea
Triss [41]

the alleles are as follows;

L - lemons with bumpy fruit (dominant)

l - lemons with smooth fruit (recessive)

S - smooth leaf (dominant)

s - spiky leaf (recessive)

parents

one tree - lemons with smooth leaves and smooth fruits

one tree - lemons with spiky leaves and bumpy fruits

if parents show recessive phenotype , this means that the genotype should be recessive homozygous - ll / ss

if parents show dominant phenotype genotype is dominant homozygous or heterozygous

parents - S_ ll x ssL_

f1generation-

bumpy fruits with smooth leaves - SsLl

bumpy fruits with spiky leaves - ssLl

since offspring are bumpy fruits it should either be Ll /LL, but one parent is ll therefore for the offspring to be Ll/ll the other parent should have homozygous LL. Then the offspring will be heterozygous for fruits

offspring have both spiky leaves - ss and smooth leaves Ss. for offspring to have heterozygous and homozygous both, since one parent is already homozygous, the other parent should have heterozygous alleles- Ss

the parents genotypes are Ssll and ssLL

This part of the cerebral cortex contains the ares associated with vision:
Readme [11.4K]

Answer:

d. occipital

Explanation:

If most of us are able to sense every visual stimulus around us, it is essentially due to the occipital lobe, the area of our brain located at the nape of the neck.

Our understanding of the world is based almost exclusively on the sense of sight. The occipital lobe processes visual stimuli permanently, analyzing distances, shapes, colors, movements and etc.

Everything that arrives through the retina passes through this analysis and processing center (occipital lobe) which then sends the information to the cerebral cortex. However, this transfer of information must first go through a series of areas, but it is correct to say that the occipital lobe is the part of the cerebral cortex that contains the airs associated with vision.
