Compare and contrast traditional education techniques with the process of hypnopaedia. What is gained and what is lost?

Hypnopaedia is the technique of learning while sleeping. In this technique a recording is played while the student sleeps and it tends to be saved in your memory. But for the Hypnopaedia to work the mind should be at a stage of fully asleep. The subconscious does not work at the stage of deep sleep.

Traditional Education is more of a fully aware state of learning. This process not only helps us understand and learn things but also tells us how to behave in society. With the changing technology many such techniques might come but the essence of traditional learning is important to interact and  accept the challenges in life.
