C. Socialization affects the development of personality.

Sigmund Freud believed that personalities are shaped by a combination of basic biological instinctis and the society that surrounds us.
George Herbert Mead believed that a person's personality is formed through the interaction with other people, thus, under the influence of society.
They both believe that this stage happens quite early, while we are still young children.

He stated that, at that time, he admitted that there are parts of the constitution that he may not approve but he is not sure that he will never approve these specific parts in different circumstances in the future. This only means that the American culture which greatly affects the content of the constitution is very dynamic and changes fast over time.
