x^{10} +y^4 cannot be factorized that is cannot be represented as products of lower degree polynomials.

<u>Solution:</u>

Need to factor x^{10} +y^4 using the sum of squares that is we need to factorize x^{10} +y^4

x^{10}+y^{4}=x^{(5 \times 2)}+y^{(2 \times 2)}

Using law of exponent \mathrm{a}^{(\mathrm{m} \times \mathrm{n})}=\left(\mathrm{a}^{\mathrm{m}}\right)^{\mathrm{n}}

On applying this we get,

x^{10}+y^{4}=\left(x^{5}\right)^{2}+\left(y^{2}\right)^{2}

But there is no direct formula of \mathrm{a}^{2}+\mathrm{b}^{2} which can provide factors.

Hence we can say that x^{10} +y^4 cannot be factorize that is cannot be represented as products of lower degree polynomials.

Someone please help explain how to find x
dimaraw [331]

Answer:

x=27

Step-by-step explanation:

180-2x-40+180-3x+180-x-50+180-4x = 360

360-2x-40-3x+360-x-50-4x= 360

360-10x-90= 0

10x= 270

x= 27

Mnenie [13.5K]

Answer:

$3.75

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Natalie buys a cooper wire that is 3 feet long.

The cost of the wire is $1.25 per foot.

Question asked:

What is the total cost, in dollars, of Natalie's wire?

Solution:

<u>By unitary method:</u>

Total length of wire = 3 feet

Each foot of wire cost = $1.25

3 feet of wire cost = $1.25 \times 3 = $3.75

Thus, total cost of wire is $3.75

PLEASE HELP Is A'B'C'D' a translation, rotation, or reflection of ABCD? Explain how you can tell.
Serga [27]

A’B’C’D’ is a reflection.

It is a reflection because it’s mirrored across the y-axis, like looking at the side of your face in the mirror. A translation is the same thing and moving it from one set of coords to another, without turning it. A rotation would be turning it, which A’B’C’D’ is neither of.
