Depending on the subject of the other questions included in the assignment, a possible answer could be that people charged with violent crimes do have a higher bail amount. For example, a person charged with murder might have no bail or a very high bail and a person charged with reckless driving may have a very low amount to pay to get out of jail. This is the best answer I can provide.
