Answer: Drainage or absorption of amniotic fluid

Explanation: Amniotic fluid act as a cushion to a growing foetus and provides the foetus with nutrients and biochemical products from the mother via the blood vessels of the placenta. When the date of baby delivery grows closer the lungs absorbs some of the fluid. Soon after birth the newborn's first step to independence begins with breathing on its own. They gasp and cry taking in air that fills the lungs. This expels the remaining amniotic fluid that was in the lungs and begins its own independent breathing.

On which surface of a leaf, bubbles of CO2 and O2 appear? <br>
Mila [183]

Answer:

Bubbles of carbondioxide and oxygen appears on the lower surface of leaf where stomata is located.

Explanation:

During the process of photosynthesis, when carbondioxide react with water in the presence of sunlight produces glucose and oxygen. Glucose is stored in different parts of plant body while oxygen is released in the atmosphere through a tiny holes called stomata. When this oxygen go through stomata, it form bubbles.

Imagine you are a plant breeder. Friends sent you two different varieties of a snapdragon flower; each have golden leaves rather
Neporo4naja [7]

Answer:

Complementation.

Explanation:

Genetics can be defined as the scientific study of hereditary in living organisms such as humans, animals and plants.

A trait refers to the specific features or characteristics possessed by a living organism. It is essentially transferred from the parent of a living organism to her offspring and as such distinguishes him or her. Some examples of traits in genetics are colorblindness, handedness, curly hair, height, complexion, weight, hair color, dimples, tongue-roll, etc.

Artificial selection is also known as selective breeding and it is a process that involves humans (breeders) selecting the animal or plant with desirable traits in order to reproduce favorable offspring having phenotypic traits.

Complementation can be defined as a relationship between two strains of a living organism both having distinct homo-zygous recessive mutations and results in the expression of a wild-type phenotype when crossed or mated.

In this scenario, there are two different varieties of a snapdragon flower having golden leaves rather than green leaves. Thus, crossing two different varieties of golden snapdragons would produce offsprings that have green leaves.

Hence, the above breeding is an example of complementation.
