Muslims around the world believe that Muhammad was a prophet and Quran (The religious texts of Muslims) was revealed to him by the god. They consider that Muhammad was dispatched by God for restoring Islam, which was unadulterated faith of Adam, Moses and other prophets. Prophet Mohammad is seen as the possessors of the all virtues.

According to the Muslims, Muhammad was the last and the greatest of all prophets because he had the most success in launching God's word in his life.  Muhammad was sent by God as a messenger as guidance to spread a religion of truth. He was able to give Arabs their new identity by introducing a new faith monotheism.
