The line from the poem that is an example of imagery is "And leaps the warrior’s at the shine / And flash of kindred swords!"

Imagery is a literary device that consists of using descriptions that appeal to the five senses (sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste). Imagery usually depends of other devices such as metaphores to achieve its goal.

The line can easily help the reader "<em>see</em>" what the author is talking about. You can <em>see the warrior jumping</em>, hear the swords crashing against each other and <em>reflecting the sunlight</em> as they move.

-in winter

-Along the roads

Explanation:

These are words that supports the author's purpose and the ones that are neutral.

The phrases "places of beauty", "wildflowers delighted", and "countless birds" all support and give credence to the loveliness and liveliness of the place.

However, the neutral words that do not directly support the author's purpose, the neutral phrases "the snow", "in winter", "along the roads" are just used to describe the weather and road without supporting the author's description of liveliness.
