Why do chance events play a role succession?

Social Studies

the answer is: certain species may show up early or late in the process, or not at all

Succession refers to the process that occurs when organisms evolve and adapt to its environment overtime.

Different type organisms tend to have different genetics that determine their success rate to survive in a certain type of environment. This means that chance/luck play an important role among those organisms because organisms that are born at the correct place or correct time might have a higher chance of survival.

For examples, humans have higher chance of survival if we are born today. But, if we are born in the time when dinosaurs still exist, we would have a really low chance of survival.

Describe the means by which Spain attempted to defend and spread Catholicism at home and abroad.
Viktor [21]

Answer:

Spanish missionaries spread Catholicism through America by preaching the doctrine to the native Indians.

The Franciscan religious order was one of the first that arrived after the conquest and started their missions because the Pope had said that "Indians wer capable of learning Catholicism".

They did it by establishing priorities. Number one, establishing peace in the region which would allow the process of conversation.

The key element for the missioners to make indians accept the conversion was a smart move. They realized the reluctance of the Indians to accept Catholic principles. So what they did was to create groups of people in the religious places they had like pyramids, monuments, and sacred places, and step by step they gather the community there to establish evangelization.

That way was so much easier for them to make people accept to listen to the new doctrine.

PolarNik [594]

Answer:

The policies illustrated in excerpt above were most clearly contrary to Laisse-faire capitalism.

Explanation:

“Laisse-Faire capitalism” advocates for business practices free from any government intervention or moderation (like privileges, tariffs, regulation, and subsidies), and holds that business should be driven only by the market forces. Roosevelt's policies, which sought to stabilize the US economy and protect the people, were contrary to this doctrine because they increased governmental intervention into the banking industry by supervising and regulating its practices.

A gjt has three ports that have different functions. what is the purpose of the gastric port?
borishaifa [10]

Rather than feeding into the stomach like G-tubes, GJ-tubes can be used to bypass the stomach and feed directly into the second portion of the small intestine. The gastric port can be used to give medications, vent air, drain fluids, and give feeds if appropriate and safe for the individual.

What is a gastro Jejunostomy tube?

A gastrostomy-jejunostomy tube -- commonly abbreviated as "G-J tube" -- is placed into your child's stomach and small intestine. The “G” portion of this tube is used to vent your child's stomach for air or drainage, and / or drainage, as well as give your child an alternate way for feeding.

Why do people need gastric tubes?

G-tubes are used for a variety of medical conditions, but the most common use is for feedings to enhance your child's nutrition. When a child is unable to eat enough food by mouth, a G-tube helps deliver enough calories and nutrients to support their growth.
