Obesity is condition of being really fat, to overweight. This is involving body fat that increases a really good chance of heath problems. Obesity often occurs when people gain more calories than burning from daily exercises. This symptom can cause serious problems to your health, and the only way to fix it is to change your diet and do daily exercises.

Obesity is being overweight or unborn am weight for the persons age. It is unhealthy and can create future risk problems like heart disease and dying faster than other of your age this makes it a disease because it is slowly killing you and making it harder to fitness activities and other activities.
